Here come the fireworks! Wednesday July 4, 2012

Wednesday, July 4, 2012 This year's event will be the 6th event put on by the Crescenta Valley Fireworks Association with the help and guidance of past event chairs and our volunteer committee. The event will be held at the La Crescenta Elementary School Playground. The main entrance will be off of Prospect Ave. just west of La Crescenta Ave. in La Crescenta. Mapquest.com map There will be a $5 fee per person with children 2 years old and under as well as Service men and women for free. Check out our Food Truck line up for this year's event!! Gates will open at 4 p.m. The gates will close at 8:30 p.m., so give yourself plenty of time to find parking and get into the event area. Tickets are now available!! Tickets are available at the following locations until the day before the event: - CV Chamber office at 3131 Foothill Blvd., Unit D, La Crescenta (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.) - Crescenta Valley Insurance, 3156 Foothill Blvd., La Crescenta (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) - Bob Smith Toyota, 3333 Foothill Blvd., La Crescenta (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) - J's Maintenance, 3550 Foothill Blvd., La Crescenta (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) - Farmer's Market in Montrose, most Sundays in June, (9 a.m. - 2 p.m.) We will also have tickets available on the 4th after 12 p.m. at the corner of La Crescenta Ave. and Prospect Ave. Please try to buy your tickets ahead of time and avoid the lines on the day of the fireworks.
